Learn more about Scouting and the Latter-day Saints:
This blog is intended to recognize the accomplishments of the Scouts and provide resources for parents.
The Scouts meet at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. Courts of Honor are held on fifth Wednesdays (approximately quarterly).
Each blog entry includes a description of our activity, the requirements covered, and a home assignment that will strengthen family relationships.
The Scouting and Faith in God programs are designed to support families in their efforts to raise children who are "physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight". We thank you for your encouragement.
Thanks for sharing your boys with us.We love them and hope for their success.
Sincerely, Merritt Mitchell Brian Lacouture Ken Lamph
P.S. Please encourage your boys to wear a Scout shirt to all activities. Thanks!
